“Totally Fit Radio” took to the airwaves September 6, 2008 on Chicago’s AM 560 WIND. After five years on the air, hosts Tony & Michelle have brought their Fitness & Health show to sunny Arizona. Totally Fit Radio can now be heard Saturdays at 9am-10am on AM 1580 The Fanatic.
Totally Fit Radio is a show about all things related to Fitness & Health…the natural way! Tony & Michelle discuss topics and answer your questions on building muscle, losing weight, exercise for kids, sports performance and conditioning, exercise for seniors, massage therapy, nutritional counseling, rehabilitation training, chiropractic care, nutrition supplementation and so much more. They also invite professional guests into the studio as well as celebrities to share their knowledge and stories about exercise and the fitness industry.

Tony Myatt is a managing member of Total U Fitness as well as Co-Host of Totally Fit Radio. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Coach, Golf Fitness Specialist, Sport Nutrition Advisor and Martial Arts Instructor.  As a Personal Performance Coach and Martial Arts Instructor, Tony helps his clients reach their goals using a structured approached with a strong emphasis on the psychology of training.  His sessions are highly efficient…and effective.

She has been active in the fitness industry since 1994.  As a Personal Performance Coach, Michelle’s approach to training clients is positive, fun and energetic…but challenging. She creates a safe and enjoyable experience with every session.
