Going ballistic…
Actually…don’t! Well, if you don’t want neck and back pain that is. A ballistic rotational movement of the spine is where you twist quickly with little control. These types of movement are a major cause of neck and low back pain. This movement can also cause damage or injury to the spine due to the stress it puts on the discs and other structures. So don’t do it! Instead practice sports injury prevention and stretch statically with control. |
